Welcome to Abbey Burton Clay Shooting. I offer professional coaching in Clay Shooting, Game Shooting and Archery to individuals of all abilities, whether you're an experienced shot looking to have your technique fine-tuned or a newcomer to the sport looking to develop skills for safe and accurate shooting, all our welcome.
I am a fully qualified CPSA Coach, CPSA Safety Officer, Level 1 Archery Instructor and also a Great Britain competitive shot with many awards to my name at the age of 24. I also run archery and air rifle this appeals to groups.(also use as activities in young shots days).
I run safety courses which give the novice shooter the basic guide to shooting. i.e. gun safety, types guns, cleaning, eye dominance, gun fit, disciplines and methods of shooting.
Corporate, business events, kids parties, hen and stag groups, families, young shots, ladies days, have a go days.
I can provide specific training to meet individuals needs even to an international level in Olympic Trap. I also provide courses of lessons for individuals or shared (2clients) as a developmental regular session with a discount. I offer also have a go packages for people who just want to try it first.
I also offer game shooting lessons, and game shooting course for etiquette and safety in the field.
Tuition/loading in the field is a service I offer throughout the winter to clients. Leading up to the game season some driven simulated clay lessons to mimic events of the live day.

Off at Junction 26 on M5 1st exit at roundabout (wellington), 1st exit at next round about, straight over third. Continue approx 1-2mile (buildbase will appear on your left) take next left turn after buildbase (towards hemyock) continue half mile take next left. Over motorway bridge. I am in the farm buildings on the right hand side. (barn conversions/horses etc)

My wife Natalie and I run the shooting school. I’ve always loved shooting, it’s not a hobby or a pastime it’s a passion. Natalie has not been shooting quite as long but is equally passionate about it
