Coarse fishing available on 4 well stocked ponds totalling1½ acres of water in gently sloping valley. The spring fed lakes contain Common and Mirror Carp, Tench, Bream, Golden Orfe and Golden Rudd and vary in depth up to 6 feet. They provide a variety of fishing, catering for the pleasure angler who wants to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings to the more dedicated fisherman who is looking for a good days catch.

How to find us
Exit M5 at Junction 28. Head for Cullompton town centre taking the B3181 towards Broadclyst/Exeter. Continue for approximately 3 miles out of the town and at the Merry Harriers Public House turn left - following signposts to Langford. Immediately after hump back bridge turn right. Newcourt Barton is situated at the top of the road on a T. Junction on the left.
