Middle Upcott Farm provides the discerning Exmoor visitor with top quality bed and breakfast accommodation near Dulverton. We also have comfortable horse accommodation for those who wish to holiday with their horse & ride in the famous Exmoor National Park.
The house dates from the 14th Century and has been sympathetically modernised to provide luxurious Exmoor B and B accommodation.
Activities:
Fishing: we can obtain permits for salmon and trout fishing on the Rivers Exe or Barle near Dulverton (5 minutes drive).
There is Fly fishing for trout on Wimbleball reservoir and sea fishing from the beach on the north Exmoor coast at Porlock Weir.
Shooting: Clay pigeon shooting is available close by and can be arranged prior to your arrival. Just bring your gun along with you. Other shooting may be available if required. Exmoor is world renowned for its shooting sport.
Want to bring your horse?
We also have stabling and turnout for up to 4 horses or ponies. Our "B and B for Horses with transport" service allows guests the freedom to ride on Exmoor from A to B without having to return to their start point. We can also collect and deliver your horses from your home, saving you the trouble and allowing you to really enjoy your holiday. We are experienced endurance riders and horse transport specialists, so your horse will be in good hands!

From J27 of M5 follow the signs for Barnstaple. At the first roundabout, turn right on to the A396. Follow this road for about 12 miles, following signs for Dulverton. Just after an extremely sharp left hand bend in Exebridge turn left. Cross the bridge over the river Exe. Turn left in about ½ mile at the garage in Brushford. Pass the church on your right and then cross a small river bridge. Keep left when the road forks, passing under an old railway bridge. Climb Langaller hill and Middle Upcott Farm is the first house on the right.
From Dulverton, cross the bridge over the River Barle and head south away from the town. Turn right after approx ¾ mile at the garage in Brushford. River Teign - Upper Teign Fly Fishing Association
This fishery comprises a fantastic and very long stretch of brown trout water on the renowned River Teign located in the Dartmoor National Park. The river is located in superb surroundings in a largely wood section of the Teign Valley.
River Dart Raffe, Coarse Fishing, Nr. Tiverton
This is lovely mature lake set in tranquil surroundings. It contains carp, many of which are well into double figures, along with some tench, roach, rudd and eels.
This is a lovely long stretch of classic brown trout water that may also produce the odd grayling.

The Lamb Inn sits in the middle of the charming Wiltshire village of Hindon and is only 20 minutes away from Salisbury.
The topography alters dramatically over the 5,000 acres of Exmoor National Park land that encompasses the Molland shooting estate.
