West Withy Farm holiday cottages are situated in the beautiful Exmoor countryside in West Somerset, between Wimbleball Lake and Clatworthy Reservoir and set on a 23 acre farm.

Our springs also feed our lake, stocked with roach and rudd, and home to ducks, geese, and visiting waterfowl.
Our 5 large, modern stables with tack room are located in a 3 year old American style barn. Adjacent is a 40m x 30m ménage, fully fenced / hedged with sand / rubber surface. Turn out facilities are in one of three fields, each with controlled access.

Accommodation
The two, 4 star cottages are furnished, equipped and maintained to a high standard. Upton Cottage sleeps 5 in three bedrooms (one double with ensuite loo, one twin and one single bedrooms) plus cot. Stable Cottage sleeps 4 (one queen and one twin singles bedrooms) plus cot.
Each spacious cottage is fully centrally heated and has a gas-fired 'wood-burner' stove, colour TV / DVD, fully equipped kitchen including microwave (and integrated dishwasher / washing machine in Stable Cottage) and private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden.
Our cottages are fortunate to be supplied with pure, natural spring water for drinking and washing.
